To prevent complaints from other hotel guests, we ask that you follow the rules when staying with a pet:

– Use a collar when walking your pet. The animal’s feces must be thrown into the nearest regular trash can, wrapped in a plastic bag.

– The pet must be vaccinated and free of fleas and ticks.

– The hotel has the right to refuse to accommodate very large or aggressive animals.

– Pets must not be left unattended in the lobby.

– Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms. In case of urgent need, we ask you to hang a sign “Please do not disturb” on the door handle on the corridor side and also inform the hotel reception about pets staying alone in the room.
For safety reasons, we ask that you leave your pet in a cage when leaving the room, if possible.

– Washing your pet in the shower/bath is strictly prohibited. Only paw washing is allowed.

– Pets must not sleep in the bed.

– Please walk your pet outside the parking area.

– If possible, please do not comb or clean your pet indoors.

– Please do not bring your pet to breakfast or to the restaurant for meals.

– The hotel staff has the right to require the owner to leave the hotel with a disruptive pet.

– The hotel has the right to require compensation for any damage (or dry cleaning) caused by the pet.

– Please contact the reception to inform us when you would like your room to be cleaned. If possible, please adhere to the usual cleaning times.

Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets’ behavior. The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee if your room requires a thorough cleaning after your departure or if damage is caused by your pet’s activities. For further questions, please call the reception.
